Most recently, I served as Interim Chief of Staff, Portfolio Operations inside a PE-backed SaaS company. Before going independent, I was a Senior Consultant at Accenture and spent seven years at Cognizant across product, innovation, M&A, and transformation.
I'm drawn to the business around the product, not only the product itself. What I notice first is usually unclear ownership, thin visibility, decisions stuck waiting on someone, processes that were never really designed, and the places where things only get done because a few people are willing to carry them.
My work sits somewhere between operator, Chief of Staff, and consultant. I'd rather build enough structure for a company to run better on its own than stay indispensable to it.
